Qualified, motivated and above all healthy employees are the key to our success. As a modern company and in order to maintain the efficiency and readiness of our employees, within company health management we make provision for the maintenance of a working environment that is safe and without health risks in the execution of work.

Our motto: Safety first.

True to the motto "Safety first", all employees and executives are required to take into account the applicable occupational safety and health laws, the health and safety guidelines of our clients and the company's internal safety requirements. Whether in designing workplaces or working processes, the R&M Group takes all necessary measures to prevent accidents and work-related health hazards. Regular inspections, hazard and risk assessments, active prevention measures and the implementation of optimizing and preventive measures form the foundation for this. Accidents can only be prevented, if all employees are regularly trained and sensitized to the importance of occupational safety. In order to generate a high level of safety awareness and to ensure the effective implementation and adherence to health and safety rules, trainings and instructions are regularly held for all employees.

Environmental protection

Sustainability always in focus

We live in a time when the protection of natural resources should be part of our thinking and acting and must always be considered. As a global company, we are aware of our environmental responsibility and operate an internal energy management system. This complies with laws and governmental regulations, takes into account operational requirements and is geared to increasing efficiency and continuously improving through regular audits. In our production, projects and work processes, energy and raw materials are saved and waste is recycled as much as possible. At our production facility in Wismar (Germany), for example, we use the remaining wood materials as fuel in our own heating system.

Quality management

Quality pays off

The R&M Group successfully applies the quality management system according to the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 in Germany, China, Norway, Finland and India. As a result, we ensure, that all work processes and procedures for quality assurance are planned, implemented, documented and monitored at all times.

Operations on offshore platforms GWOs (Global Wind Organization) are often subject to difficult conditions. The employees of the R&M Group are trained and certified for these special requirements. These certificates are valid throughout Europe and enable safe working conditions on the high seas.

Our mission is to provide reliable products, timely deliveries and reliable support for satisfied customers at all times. Certification officially confirms our company’s maxim and sets out the three main principles of customer focus, process orientation and continuous improvement. To do so, we provide state-of-the-art technology and, in particular, encourage the use of new technologies as a means of change and sustainable development.
